REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & WINE
/p
p
- 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in top quality / elegant restaurants and wine estates / 5* hotels
/p
p
- Well presented, service focused with the ability to deal with clientele
/p
p
- Able to handle stress and work under pressure
/p
p
- Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions
/p
p
- Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills
/p
p
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and certain evenings for functions (if needed)
/p
p
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including bar and wine varieties
/p
p
- Positive personality who focused on motivating and managing the team
