The award-winning wines from the same estate are carefully paired with all dishes and maximum use of the farms fresh produce is made for breakfast and lunch dishes served on the modern open-plan terrace restaurant. ProStaffSelect are in search of a passionate, energetic, highly organized ASSISTANT RESTAURANT / FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER to oversee daily operations at this very sophisticated Wine Estate Restaurant. REQUIREMENTS: - Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & WINE - 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in top quality / elegant restaurants and wine estates / 5* hotels - Well presented, service focused with the ability to deal with clientele - Able to handle stress and work under pressure - Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions - Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and certain evenings for functions (if needed) - Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including bar and wine varieties - Positive personality who focused on motivating and managing the team
