Job Description

Winning Form has an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeper to be based in Umhlanga,(Arch). The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Finance Department by managing the approval process for company expenditure. Key responsibilities include handling approval workflows, preparing and distributing reports, ensuring accurate processing of vouchers and reimbursements, and supporting payroll submissions. The role also involves general secretarial tasks and ongoing communication via email, including availability for urgent matters. A strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement is essential, along with a commitment to the company's values and operational excellence.



Minimum requirements:

2-3 Year's Administrative management Computer literate (Microsoft Office)


Advantageous:

A Valid Driver's license A Relevant Diploma/Degree


Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrating the approval process for group expenditure by utilizing the Group approval system. Consolidating and emailing required reports as requested by Management. Responsible to ensure the vouchers process is followed. Ensure all subsistence and reimbursement forms are correlated and validated and submitted to payroll before deadline. Responsible for administrating AODS either daily or on an ad-hoc basis. Execute any operational tasks or secretarial duties as directed from time to time. Daily monitoring of emails including week-ends is a requirement. Available 24/7 in case of Actively promote the Hollywood values. Live the values and lead as an example to the team. Continuously looking to improve efficiency and effectiveness through ongoing learning and new techniques.
