Job Opportunity: Junior Group Financial Administrator

Location: Umhlanga

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Group Financial Administrator to support the finance operations across a dynamic group of companies. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional looking to grow their career in accounting and finance within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process

supplier invoices

and prepare

payment requisitions

Reconcile

creditors

and

debtors

across group companies Capture and reconcile

bank transactions

and

cashbooks

Assist with

VAT, PAYE

, and other

statutory submissions

Support the preparation of

monthly management accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date

financial records and files

Assist with

intercompany billing

and reconciliation Prepare documentation for internal reporting and audits Load

EFT payments

and maintain supporting documentation Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes

Minimum Requirements

? National Diploma / Qualification in Accounting or Finance
? 1-2 years' experience in a finance/admin environment (advantageous)
? Proficiency in Pastel, Caseware, and Excel
? Strong organisational and reconciliation skills
? Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
? Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
