Strategy and performance:
Develop and implement aftersales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Financial management:
Create and manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Operations:
Oversee daily operations for service, parts, and warranty departments. Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards and company policies.
Customer relations:
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Staff development:
Conduct regular training and development programs for the aftersales team to ensure they meet brand and performance requirements.
Qualifications and skills
Education:
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though professional experience is also highly valued.
Experience:
Professional experience in sales or after-sales is essential.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
Analytical:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
