Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Regional After-sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the after-sales operations within an assigned region.
POSITION INFO:
TRUCK/COMMERECIAL INDUSTRY ESSENTIAL
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree or Trade Qualification, Automotive Technology,
- Additional certifications in Service Management, Warranty Management, or Technical Training.
- At least 5 years regional aftersales experience at volume OEM brand/group level (Commercial)
- Experience in managing dealership networks and fleet customers.
- Proficiency in OEM aftersales systems, warranty claim platforms, and technical diagnostic tools.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel extensively.
