McMac Pet SA is an established import and distribution company committed to providing the pet industry with premium pet products focused specifically on the vet and pet store sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Operations Coordinator who excels in data reporting, is skilled at coordinating logistics, and who is customer centric.

As the Account Operations Coordinator you will play a key role in managing logistics, administration and customer service to ensure seamless operations within the organisation.

Primary roles and responsibilities

Download and collate orders for one of our biggest accounts, consolidating where necessary, liaising with relevant personnel and stores as well as ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Track order statuses throughout the fulfillment process, obtaining quotes and coordinating with couriers to arrange delivery schedules.

Attending to all email inquiries and creating an electronic order processing and deliveries schedule as well as a filing system for all POD's

Responsible for updating barcode and product loading sheets

Overseeing the Front Shop, walk-in customers, answering all inbound calls and managing House Accounts.

Maintain current records for customer mailing lists, print and attach vouchers or any relevant marketing material for direct orders.

Collate report templates and prepare sales figure reports for the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two-three years experience in operations, logistics and customer service roles

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office, strong working knowledge of Excel including proficiency in formulas, data analysis and VLOOKUP

Tertiary qualification in Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Driver's License and own reliable transport
