Client is a tech-enabled appraisal services company that streamlines the valuation process for individuals, businesses, and institutions. We deliver USPAP-compliant appraisals across a wide range of asset types through a network of independent appraisers; everything from fine art and furniture to inventory and equipment. Our goal is to provide fast, accurate, and legally defensible valuation reports without requiring in-person visits.
The company was founded in 2022 and recently acquired by an existing minority partner in November 2024. Since the acquisition 7 months ago, the business has grown by 4X through improved sales processes and systems. The business is highly automated and invests aggressively in building new technology on both the sales & fulfillment sides.
Up until this point, the owner has been the only full-time employee, and they are now looking to bring on an entrepreneurial, sales- and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the process from when a new lead submits a request to when the final appraisal report is delivered.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and contracted appraisers to grow our revenue while sustaining our report turnaround times. You'll be responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating appraisal projects from initiation through delivery, and maintaining data integrity within our systems. Your goal will be to improve the conversion rate of our inbound leads, ensure a seamless client experience, facilitate timely report creation, and uphold the firm's high standards of service.
You will work directly and closely with the owner of our company across every aspect of the business; this will be an ideal learning opportunity for someone looking for experience building a business from the ground up.
