About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in the healthcare space. Our clients include med spas, weight loss clinics, and wellness centers across the U.S., and your mission will be to help generate quality leads and boost appointments through smart, data-driven advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce conversions
Optimize performance for key metrics including CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Appointment), and ROAS
Run creative and audience testing across multiple accounts to improve performance
Analyze data daily to identify issues, uncover insights, and implement improvements
Work with internal teams to align campaign strategy with sales funnels and conversion goals
Use tools like GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels for CRM, funnel building, and automation
Stay current with platform updates, policy changes, and ad trends
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads for local businesses or e-commerce
Strong track record of performance and results through Meta Ads Manager
Deep understanding of ad campaign structure, retargeting, and conversion-focused strategies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Personal Facebook account in good standing (for ad account access)
Familiarity with tools such as:
GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Slack, Loom, Trello, Descript, Canva
Google Docs, Sheets, and other standard productivity tools
Highly analytical, organized, and self-motivated
Full-time availability -- no side gigs or multiple jobs
Nice to Have
Background in healthcare marketing (med spas, weight loss clinics, etc.)
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Skills in basic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe, Descript)
Copywriting for ads, landing pages, or sales funnels
