Job description
xe2x97x8f Create new and build on existing client base by identifying customer needs and addressing them
with an emphasis on the value offering (cross-selling & up-selling)
xe2x97x8f Follow up on leads and close deals
xe2x97x8f Adopt the key interface role between the customer and the company by providing exceptional
customer service throughout the relationship
xe2x97x8f With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks associated with our Commercial clients/accounts
Minimum requirements
xe2x97x8f National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
xe2x97x8f Strong Relationship Management Skills
xe2x97x8f Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
xe2x97x8f Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
xe2x97x8f High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
xe2x97x8f Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
xe2x97x8f CRM applied experience
