The incumbent would be required to sell media opportunities to agency clients and maintain good customer and staff relationships, both internally and externally.
Here's what you can expect to be doing in the role:
1. Achieve monthly targets
2. Grow the allocated portfolio in terms of revenue received in 2022
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Maintain and grow the existing client base as per agreed targets.
2. Submit weekly activity reports relating to meetings, target status and plans to achieve the agreed targets.
3. Communicate effectively and ensure harmonious inter-departmental relationships at all times.
4. Achieve 10 client meetings per week (5 new agency clients, 5 existing agency clients)
5. Achieve agreed set monthly targets.
Qualification
Relevant National Diploma and/or Degree in Sales
Language
Business English
Experience
3-4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in radio sales and/or similar
