Account Executive Kempton Park Salary Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Meet customer service delivery targets
- Damage investigation and root cause analysis
- Understand and maintain VDS SOPs
- Understand and maintain OEM SOPs
- Maintain all vehicles movements on VTS
- Report VDS performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers
- Price adjustments - maintain price tables
- Reconcile billing file
- Customer Service within dealer base
- BCom Graduate (Logistics / Transportation)
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential
- Must have a valid drivers license and own transport.
- Computer literacy essential
- Excel intermediate/advance knowledge and experience critical
- Must have a valid drivers license and own transport
- Motivated & diligent
- Meticulous / Attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Responsible & reliable
- Able to function independently
- Must be able to work overtime & be on stand-by over weekends
