As a Senior PR Account Executive, you are a master at admin support tasks including monitoring and managing coverage reports, proactively managing media and influencer contact lists and managing client service reports.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Pitches softer stories (earned media)
Coverage tracking (source mentions/clippings and capture)
Track trends and issues for team
Conceptualize and executes drops
Compile and update contact list
Track and respond to media briefs
Compile and contribute to month-end reports
Compile action reports
Compile results coverage reports
Track PEs, POs and budget
Supplier onboarding
Complete daily timesheets
Manage and curate server files
General support for client service team and agency
Storeroom management
Schedule meetings and assist the team prepare
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Public Relations
Proficient in Office 365 (i.e Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint/MS Teams etc.)
Minimum 2 year's experience as a Senior PR Account Executive in a PR Agency
Experience working on Financial Service clients
A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Strong time management skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on multiple projects at any given time)
Adept at all social media tools (social media savvy)
