Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Participating in the maintenance of call management systems, daily customer support ticket handling, call recordings management and integrated applications
Setting up and managing current applications, including FreeSwitch, Yeastar, PortaOne, Teams Operator Connect, Teams Direct Routing, Zoom Phone Platforms and Call Cabinet
Adding and managing SIP lines and trunks
Maintaining installed voice services, includes all aspects of proactive maintenance, configuration management, upgrading/updating and performance optimization
Install and implement switches and VLAN configurations
Understanding of IP PBX configuration, call routing and translations, SIP trunk implementations with multiple platforms, including but not limited to YeaStar Cloud PBX platforms, Microsoft Teams and Zoom Phone
Ongoing research and development of new voice services and technologies
Assisting FirstNet solutions team with client consultations and selling voice related services
Onsite support at customer offices on an ad-hoc basis
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the above
