Who can apply?

Unemployed youth who

have not previously participated

in the Yes4Youth initiative. Aged between 18 and 29 Must be a South African citizen. Must reside close to the workplace area Must not have a criminal record. Must be able to start employment in 2025. Highest Qualification to be Grade 12 Qualifications aligned to the position would be an advantage

Duration?

12-months

How much will you earn?

R5000 stipend monthly

Responsibilities:

1. Product Testing & Quality Assurance

Test products following correct procedures and work instructions Identify and report faults or abnormal product behaviour Ensure 100% test coverage and correct product labelling Maintain required throughput while ensuring quality

2. Equipment Care & Work Instruction Compliance

Report issues with test jigs or instruments timeously Work with updated instructions and specifications

3. Workplace Organisation

Maintain a tidy, organised, and lean workspace Ensure only one active product is in your test area at a time

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Adhere to scheduled working hours and company attendance policies Display professionalism and reliability

5. Policies & Ethics

Follow all company policies, SOPs, and ethical guidelines Demonstrate respect, integrity, and accountability

6. Additional Duties

Perform reasonable tasks as instructed by supervisors Show initiative and willingness to go the extra mile
