Job Description
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- No prior participation in any YES programme
- Valid Code B drivers licence
- Clear criminal record
- 12-month structured sales placement with mentoring and on-the-job training
- Opportunity to build relationships with customers and experienced sales teams
- Exposure to sales events and customer management
- Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
- Support the team and participate in showroom and sales initiatives
- Build customer relationships and learn effective sales techniques
