As a Wine Steward in our upcoming signature restaurant at Mount Nelson, you are part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Food & Beverage team. Our new signature restaurant, offers an immersive marine dining experience, transporting guests into the mysterious beauty and biodiversity of the surrounding Two Oceans.
Open 5 days a week, with set off days being Sunday and Monday, launching in Quarter 4 2025.
