Reconnect with inactive or former customers and bring them back on board. Discover why clients canceled and present solutions that make them say "yes!" Rebuild trust and demonstrate value that keeps clients coming back. Track every interaction using CRM and other digital tools to hit and exceed targets.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in
sales, retention, winback, or account management
High energy, ambition, and a hunger to succeed Excellent communication and negotiation skills Conversational English (written and spoken) Experience working remotely with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, dialers, etc.) Medium to high tech skillsStrong experience or knowledge in PPC, Paid Media, or SEO
(essential to perform this role) Own computer and stable internet (10 Mbps+)What We Offer:
