Job Purpose:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Wheel Alignment Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will carry out accurate wheel alignment on trucks and commercial vehicles, diagnose alignment issues, and ensure that every vehicle is performing at its best. Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise wheel alignment on trucks and commercial vehicles using advanced alignment equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and recommend repairs for alignment and suspension issues. Strip and fit truck tyres efficiently and safely. Conduct work on air suspension and turning axle systems. Provide professional advice to customers on tyre care, maintenance, and required services. Maintain alignment and balancing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Accurately record work completed, alignment specifications, and customer interactions. Adhere to all health and safety standards and company procedures. Assist with general tyre services, breakdowns, and other workshop tasks when required.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent. Proven experience in wheel alignment, especially on trucks and commercial vehicles. Hands-on experience working with air suspension and turning axle systems (

). Strong skills in stripping and fitting truck tyres (breakdown preparedness is essential). Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Solid understanding of wheel alignment principles, diagnostic tools, and workshop equipment. Valid driver's license (

). Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
