Job Description
Omnia's Agriculture division, a global organisation is the market leader in Southern Africa. The division produces granular, liquid and speciality fertilizers and a whole host of value-added services for a broad customer base of farmers, co-operatives and distributing globally to a further 40 countries throughout Southern and East Africa, Australia, New Zealand, US, and Brazil. The Omnia Agriculture division's range of specialised products and services are encompassed by its unique Nutriology offering, which assists customers to optimise crop yield and quality
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric
- Previous experience in the same or similar role
- To understand the functioning of the operating system
- To accurately record and weigh all the inbound and outbound loads on the operating system which includes all raw materials and final products
- To ensure that any weight deviation is recorded in the road variance report book and that corrective actions are taken immediately
- To prepare reports when requested by Supervisors/Management
- To maintain the admin systems at the weighbridge
- To efficiently handle all internal and external customer queries
- To maintain professional customer relations at all times
- Responsible for accurate distribution of fertilizer
- Detail orientated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual - English and Afrikaans)
- Ability to handle stress
- Team player
- MS Office
