We're looking for a well-organised, creative and detail-driven Wedding Administrator & Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all administrative aspects of wedding planning and coordination.
Handle client communication, enquiries, and bookings professionally and promptly.
Prepare wedding schedules, checklists, and timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
Attend and assist on wedding days, managing timelines and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Maintain accurate records of wedding details, contracts, and payments.
Support management with general office and event-related administration.
Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the venue's reputation for exceptional weddings.
Requirements:
Experience in wedding coordination or event management (preferred).
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required for events.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
