We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our production, procurement, and sales functions.
You will play a key role in managing stock, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring operational efficiency across the steel supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Stock Management
Book stock into production and oversee slitting patterns
Raise and process purchase orders
Handle receipting and accurate stock booking into sales orders
Transfer coils into relevant warehouses and monitor stock movements
Sales Administration
Send out stock lists and inventory values to customers
Send out enquiries for stock availability and manage follow-ups
Operations Support
Liaise with suppliers on stock purchasing
Assist with daily coordination of sales and production operations
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales administration and/or operations coordination (steel or manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of procurement, stock control, and sales order processing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/stock management systems
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
