As a Sales Admin and Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless logistics. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Receive, store, and dispatch products efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements and discrepancies
- Provide administrative support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics
- Ability to lift moderate weights and work in a warehouse environment (if applicable)
