PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. New Business Development and Marketing
o Devise medium-term investment strategy to meet the growth of assets under management within a timeframe of 6 to 18 months.
o Identify, develop and source new relationships with investment clients through personal and client referrals, internal networks and fostering greater collaboration within the group.
o Building a network and suitable business within the professional and retirement market
o Represent Wealth Advisory investment philosophy/views to colleagues, clients and prospects in person, or by written commentaries.
2. Client service - Manage and Grow Existing Client Relationships
o Maintain the highest levels of service and delivery to existing clients at all times, ensuring that all teams support within the company work together to deliver client experience as well.
3. Investment Management
o Understand investment trends prevalent at any time and affecting client portfolios.
o Monitor asset allocation on annual basis relative to policy and goals, evaluate need to rebalance, particularly for the Regulation 28 compliance for retirement investments.
o Effectively communicate any client feedback regarding investment performance, and suggestions from such clients.
4. Risk Management / Compliance
o Ensure compliance in terms of advice being proved to clients ensuring governance in line with FAIS and FSB requirements.
5. Product Understanding
o Understand and take continuous learning on products
o Ensure CPD points are updated annually through attending product training
