Wealth Manager Administrators

Location: Cape Town Northern Suburbs

Start Date: ASAP

Senior administrative team lead - Team management experience preferable

Remuneration: R18 000 - R 28 000

General investment administrator - Strong insurance and investment administration skills required.

Remuneration R 15 000 - R30 000

Requirements:

• 3 - 5> Years insurance and investments administration experience
• RE5 and industry related qualification required / preferable.
• Senior administrative team lead - Team management experience preferable
• General investment administrator - Strong insurance and investment administration skills required.
• Own reliable vehicle
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Strong communication skills
• Resilience and 2years > spent per previous role.
• References will be requested.

• Clear understanding of investment and risk products
• Gather policy information.
• Research product information
• Compile & process of investment & risk policy applications and quotations
• Submitting and processing of insurance and investment servicing:

• New business
• Transfers
• Withdrawals
• Fund changes
• Policy terminations
• Prepare and implement financial planning & investment proposals.
• Handle and solve client enquiries.
• Maintain Client Relationship Management system.

• Must have a xe2x80x9ccan doxe2x80x9d attitude, and willingness to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
• A self-starter with initiative who can drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Must also be able to work in a highly structured environment when required.
• Must accept and manage responsibilities.
• The candidate must have a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - an ability to work with a broad range of people.
• High levels of energy, drive, optimism, and creativity
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must always meet Seedxe2x80x99s values of honesty and integrity.
• Should be able to always work under pressure environment with deadlines.
• Can handle multiple projects at the same time.
• 3-5 years of investment / financial planning environment experience is required.
• A successfully completed Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) would be advantageous.
