Boutique financial multi-family office offering advisory seeks a Key Individual & Wealth Manager to join them! Responsibilities:
- Act within the standards and rules set by legislation
- Management and Oversight of: Statutory obligations of the FSP, rendering of financial services of the FSP and persons authorized to act on its behalf, business processes and operational ability.
- Act with due care, skill and diligence in the execution of all duties
- Ensuring compliance adherence and fit and proper requirements are met
- Oversight of training, knowledge and skill as required
- Monitoring the activities of representatives appointed under supervision as required
- Minimum of a completed finance, investments or wealth management tertiary qualification
- Must be FSCA RE1 (Key Individual) CAT1
- You're either open to being their Key Individual and / or able to do this as well as bring and grow your own client portfolio.
- Experience with the required regulations, reporting and risk management
- Maintain characteristics of honesty and integrity as required
