Job Description

Ensure that incoming stock orders are correctly packed, inspected & labeled

Ensure authenticity of documentation and stock received

Receiving goods and ensuring that back orders are processed to clients on time

Key Responsibilities: * Receive goods in good time

• Attend to calling suppliers and regularly monitor stock in bay
• Assist Line Supervisor when required and monitor back order line at all times
• Supervise receiving staff
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Ensure correct documentation accompanies goods received at all times
• Ensure that receipt schedules are printed for all goods received
• Carry out regular weight audits and quality control assessments on goods being received
• Control and manage security measures
• Monitor and ensure that the condition of the department is in accordance with legal and OHSAC requirements and is in a clean condition at all times
• Ensure that all handling equipment is in operational, safe and in good condition at all times
• Maintain high level of housekeeping
• Follow all safety regulations and requirements
• Manage credit controls for client and supplier credit notes/stock

15 Management of quality controlled quarantined stock items

This positions requires someone who is willing to work shifts.

Must have own transport, must reside close to the area of where client is based.

Remuneration Package:

• R15 000 xe2x80x93 R20 000 CTC Monthly
