Brand Influence is a fast-growing community influencer marketing agency specialising in mass sampling through micro and nano influencers. We connect brands with real consumers through trade-exchange campaigns.
We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensure smooth product flow, and manage the logistics that power every influencer campaign.
What You'll Do
Warehouse Management
Oversee all trade-exchange stock and warehouse operations Manage and schedule the packing team, ensuring daily targets are met Monitor packing workflows for accuracy, speed and quality Perform detailed stock takes, reconcile inventory, and maintain precise records Maintain a neat, organised and well-run warehouse environment Implement systems for efficient storage and retrieval Assist occasionally with packing and event prep Ensure full compliance with health, safety and security standards
Courier & Logistics Oversight
Manage the master courier dispatch schedule Coordinate all courier bookings, collections and third-party relationships Generate waybills and ensure accurate, timely dispatches Track PODs and report to internal teams Process courier invoices for weekly payments
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory management Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency Experience with courier software and logistics systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, tidy, efficiency-driven mindset
