Charismatic Waitron

with great wine pairing knowledge and superb people skills to be part of our FOH team.

What You'll Do

Welcoming guests and direct them to their seating

Knowledgably of menu and ability to introduce it with great articulation

Highlight any chef specials for the day if there is

Recommending wine pairings to enhance each dish, backed by engaging stories about region, producers and flavor journeys

Collab on a regular with sommeliers or chefs to ensure the right pairing is offered

Taking down accurate orders and attending to any special dietary needs

Communicate with guests about meal availability and waiting times

Manage the flow of service with great timing

Ensure tables are neatly and correctly set

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal, handle inquiries and escalate as needed, whilst maintaining good service

Knowledgeable with POS

What We're Looking For

Hospitality certification

1-year relevant experience

Strong service-oriented individual with great wine pairing knowledge

Able to handle irate customers and working well under pressure

English speaker
