Job Description
The Waiter/Butler will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and providing discreet, personalized hospitality that reflects the lodges world-class standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable safari experience.
Core Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in 4/5 star hospitality environments
- Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented mindset
- Good overall food and beverage knowledge with the ability to deliver high service standards
- Must reside in the Hoedspruit/Acornhoek surrounding area
- Sober habits and a professional, reliable approach to work
- Valid drivers licence preferred but not essential
