Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Handle cash and card transactions if required Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage, but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Team player with a positive attitude Neat and presentable appearance Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Fully Bi-lingual in English and Afrikaans Have own transport and drivers lisence.
