Job Description
Exceptional wine estate is looking for a WAITER to join their team on a casual basis
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12 would be an added advantage
- Must reside in the area
- Previous experience as a Waiter would be beneficial
- Must be guest and service-focused
- Must be a hard-working person who is willing to learn
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverages served
- Knowledge of food, cooking methods, and all menus
- Basic knowledge and understanding of rotating stock and stock control
