Purpose of the Job

Visually check, open seam, twist, buttweld, rollmark and any defects on the tubes.

Qualification Requirements

Grade 12/Matric.

Knowledge & Experience (At the discretion of Management)

Matric/Grade 12



Previous experience in Recovery Department.



Literate: Speak, read and write in English.



Knowledge of 5s and WCC

Job responsibilities:

Visual Checker according to Works Instructions and Specifications

Ensure that material is coming from straightening or kaltenbach machine before you check.



Ensure material is not mixed.



Report any defects to the Senior inspector.



Ensure all the time that you are correctly dressed and equipped according to the Health and Safety regulations.
