Job Title: Virtual Assistant Content, Social Media, and Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing portfolio of digital businesses focused on entrepreneurship, productivity, and lifestyle design. This role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, and operational support. It's ideal for someone passionate about online business, personal development, and digital contentxe2x80x94who thrives in a remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment.
Youll help manage a variety of digital platforms, engage with a growing online audience, and support back-end systems to keep everything running smoothly. Youll also have the opportunity to receive direct mentorship from an experienced entrepreneur.
Key Responsibilities
Create, repurpose, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Newsletter, etc.)
Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing
Repurpose existing content (e.g., podcasts, newsletters) into multiple formats (social posts, short-form videos, visuals)
Interact with and support community engagement on social platforms
Assist in managing marketing channels (websites, email campaigns, blogs, etc.)
Maintain and update SOPs and internal processes using Notion
Assist in content scheduling and platform updates using relevant software tools
Requirements
Must-Have:
Experience supporting digital creators, solopreneurs, or influencer-led businesses
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant oversight
Excellent written communication and content repurposing skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business information
Familiarity with the following tools:
Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma (basic design tasks)
Social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter)
Email marketing tools (e.g., ConvertKit)
Notion (creating/updating SOPs, tracking tasks)
AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Nice-to-Have:
Ability to build and manage Notion dashboards and databases
Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Familiarity with additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn)
Web development or advanced copywriting skills
