Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Marketing & Customer Support

We are a real estate education business focused on helping investors and professionals gain the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us manage marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and day-to-day support tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and updates.
Schedule daily social media posts across platforms.
Monitor the CRM system to process customer service requests, manage refunds, and keep data organized.
Oversee Facebook group invites and manage membership requests.
Respond to messages and comments on social media posts related to our content and events.
Produce a weekly report summarizing campaign performance and results.
Support in updating and optimizing campaigns as needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with Go High Level is a plus).
Comfortable using email marketing and social media scheduling tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Additional Notes
This is a full-time role with a slower ramp-up during onboarding.

Pay: From R70,07 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
