Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to high volumes of emails and internal/external communication
Oversee and track
multiple client accounts
and administrative workflows
Calendar and diary management, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Support daily operations by anticipating administrative needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience
as a Virtual Assistant (non-negotiable)
Must have EXCELLENT command of the English language.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex schedules
High proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Must have a
valid South African ID
Must be
willing and able to relocate
to Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal
