About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with our creative team to translate concepts into captivating visual stories. You'll handle visual content, shooting in-studio and on location for a diverse range of projects. With plenty of room for your creative input, you'll contribute to storytelling, concepts, and visual direction while operating camera, lighting, and basic audio setups. Work alongside editors, producers, and creatives to deliver polished, high-impact results that captivate both clients and audiences alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead video and stills shoots from pre-production concept development to final delivery. Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location productions. Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling, shot lists, visual direction, and concept refinement. Capture high-quality visuals that align with project vision and brand guidelines. Contribute creative ideas to enhance narratives and elevate production quality. Ensure smooth coordination between shoots, editing teams, and clients for seamless delivery. Maintain equipment and stay current with best practices in videography and production techniques.

What We're Looking For - Non-Negotiables:

Proven Experience as a Videographer

: Professional or agency background preferred, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.

Strong Storytelling Skills

: Experience in advertising, branded content, or commercial projects where narrative drives the visuals.

Versatile Shooting Ability

: Comfortable and confident shooting both in-studio and on-location environments.

Solid Technical Foundation

: Deep understanding of lighting, framing, composition, camera operation, and basic audio setup.

Reliable, Proactive, and Detail-Oriented

: You deliver on time, anticipate needs, and maintain the highest standards.

Independent & Team Player

: Able to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative creative teams.

Bonus Points If You Bring:

Your own professional camera equipment (we love self-starters who come prepared!). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for editing and colour grading. Experience with stills photography to complement video projects.
