Outworx is looking for experienced and reliable Customer Service Advisors for a UK campaign. You will be responsible for following up on outstanding documents, as well as verifying and validating received documents.
Grade 12 or NQF4 level qualification
Valid South African ID
Clear Criminal Record
Exceptional listening skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Critical thinking
Excellent Written and Verbal skills
Prior call centre experience within Insurance or Counter fraud analysis/ Vetting for claims will be extremely advantageous (6 months +)
Prior experience in validations, policy analysis or a role in which you were verifying the validity and accuracy of documents submitted by customers.
Understanding of GDPR, DPA and relevant UK legislations
