Overview: UK-based workforce solutions company seeks an experienced B2B Sales Agent to drive new business across payroll and compliance services. This is an on-site role in Cape Town, operating UK hours (10:00-18:00 / 11:00-19:00 SA).
Responsibilities: o Conduct outbound B2B sales calls and manage client acquisition o Build relationships with new and existing clients across the UK, USA, and Australia o Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets o Host Teams product demos and manage the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline o Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
Requirements: o Minimum 3 years' B2B or outbound telesales experience o Strong closing and negotiation skills o Excellent spoken and written English o Confident using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office o Experience selling to international markets advantageous
