Description

• Assisting Patients with appointments, filling out forms, frame selection and general assistance
• Build, grow and retain customer relations
• Quotations and Invoicing
• Over the counter advise on medication and feed products
• Receipting
• Daily reconciliation of cash taken

• Previous Experience: We're seeking a candidate with experience as a veterinary receptionist who can hit the ground running and provide our clients with exceptional service.
• Own Transport: You'll need reliable transportation to make it to our beautiful practice every day.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans: Effective communication is crucial in this role, and fluency in both English and Afrikaans is a requirement.
