Achieve and exceed sales targets within the VET channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, specialists, KOLs , and consumers.
Drive and manage the Growth Rewards Program to enhance customer engagement.
Deliver training and product knowledge sessions for veterinary practice staff (vets, nurses, receptionists).
Ensure effective merchandising of products and promotional materials.
Attend and represent the brand at events, trade shows, breeder activities, and in-store promotions.
Maintain up-to-date client records and provide regular reporting to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recommend strategic changes where needed.
Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (DipVetNurs) - essential.
Minimum 5+ years field sales experience within a technical or veterinary industry.
Excellent client liaison, negotiation, and account management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid South African driver's licence.
Fully bilingual and able to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or overtime for events.
