Summary
Our client, an established and reputable small animal practice in the heart of Cape Town, is seeking a dedicated and professional Practice Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. Strong time management and people management experience are essential, as is the ability to foster collaboration and maintain high standards of client and patient care.
The ideal individual will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Prior experience in a similar role within a veterinary or small animal setting is required, along with strong product and small animal knowledge.
