Job Description
Inyameko Trading, a choice Wholesaler & Distributor of petroleum products, is looking for the services of a Customer Service Centre Controller. The Key Performance Areas KPI for the position is listed below:
CUSTOMER SERVICES
? Taking of customer orders
? Tracking of customer deliveries
? Hourly updates to customers
HEALTH AND SAFETY
? Track Assets hourly
? Speed management
? Operations Management Pack
Comprehensive experience of working with a Tracking Program, eg MixTelematics, C-Track or CarTrack is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R13000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
