Vehicle Sales Support Co Ordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, hard working, energetic and friendly individual to join the ranks of a very busy motor dealership based close to N1 City, Cape Town as a Vehicle Sales Support Co-ordinator (Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager)
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with dealer enquiries xe2x80x93 admin issues (online portal registration, FICA documents, etc.).
- Maintain and develop office systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the dealer sales channel and sales department
- Ensure dealers receive dealer stocked documents timeously.
- Work closely with the admin offices to implement the ownership registration process for all debtors (ensure vehicles are registered etc.).
- Assist New Vehicle Sales Manager with any adhoc duties
- Between the ages of 20 - 28
- Ability to multi-task!
- Friendly, energetic and go-getter attitude
- Ability to "think out the box" and have excellent problem solving skills
- Work effectively without supervision
- Moral standing
- Savvy and use own initiative
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Fully computer literate
- Customer orientated
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry (and the terminology used)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Contactable references and accurate history
- Available as soon as possible
Salary: Highly negotiable depending on experience
