We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automark Sales Manager at Rola Toyota in Bredasdorp. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola brand.

Minimum Requirements
Min Grade 12
At least 3 years' experience in Vehicle Sales Management
Previous Experience with the Toyota Brand - advantageous
Proven Networker
Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
High attention to detail.
Organised & structured
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
Computer literate
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
Conduct resource planning and development
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
