Vehicle Sales Executive

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell new vehicles to customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable options.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide accurate product information, including specifications, financing options, and promotions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources, including walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Enthusiasm for vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and automotive finance options.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
