A bit about the role:
To research UX best practices, competitors, and user needs. Conducts user testing and analyses data to inform the design process. Manages content for certain projects/areas.
Your daily adventures include:
- Support the product design team in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that customers engage with.
- Support the product design team in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience and drive a customer-centric culture throughout the business.
- Research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements.
- Analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and design team members.
What it takes to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in market research
- 3 years' experience in market research
- User testing research and usability testing
- Analysed research findings for a better understanding of user insight
- Good understanding of analytics and the UX design process
- Good understanding of what motivates a customer
- Previous UX research
- Analytical thinking: the ability to read user and market research findings using logical and scientific reasoning
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to conduct research
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
