Job Summary : Job Purpose: To research UX best-practices, competitors and user needs. Conducts user-testing, analyses data to inform design process. Manages content for certain projects/areas. Job objectives: To support the product design team in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that our customers engage with To support the product design team in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience for Absa CIB and drive a customer centric culture throughout the business To research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements To analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process To collaborate with stakeholders and design team members Minimum requirements: Job related knowledge: Essential User testing research and usability testing (applied) Analysed research findings for a better understanding of user insight (applied) Good understanding of analytics and the UX design process (applied) Good understanding of what motivates a customer, (applied) Desirable: Previous UX research (banking advantageous) Job related skills: Analytical thinking: ability to read user and market research findings using logical and scientific reasoning (competent) Written and verbal communication (competent) Ability to conduct research (competent) Attention to detail (competent) Time management skills (competent) Job experience: Essential: Minimum of 2 years experience in market research Desirable: 3 years experience in market research Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in media, marketing, research, digital marketing (or relevant discipline) Essential Competencies: Deciding and Initiating Action Working with People Writing and Reporting Presenting and Communicating Information Analysing Learning and Researching Planning and Organising Adapting and Responding to Change
