What You'll Need:

• Experience: Operating and maintaining Mobile Device Management platforms such as VMware Workspace One and Microsoft Intune is essential. You should also possess proficiency in Linux and/or Windows Server environments, Windows Client OS, GPO, patch management, and Active Directory/Azure Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Your ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and integration issues will set you apart.
• ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management) is key. You'll be responsible for executing maintenance tasks, resolving incidents, and analyzing and resolving problem tickets.
• Support Expertise: Your experience with VIP and end-user support will make a real difference.
• Documentation Skills: You should be well-versed in technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user support guides.

What Could Give You an Edge:

• Cloud Savviness: Familiarity with cloud technologies and providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Services is a plus.
• Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash is advantageous.
• Monitoring Know-How: Knowledge of monitoring solutions like SCOM, Dynatrace, and Site24/7 will be beneficial.
• Database Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL databases (MS, Oracle, etc.) could set you apart.
• Jira and Confluence: Experience with these tools will be considered an advantage.
