Well established Insurance company in the Upper Highway Area are recruiting for a Underwriting manager who has at least 2-5 years of experience managing an Underwriting Department, their COB Personal & Commercial Lines (NQF4) and RE5, and sound experience building relationships both internally and externally. Duties will include managing a growing team of 8-10 underwriters, reporting to Exco, building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the highest level of service from team members, to ensure the company values are upheld and client expectations met. * What is your name?
